This policy explains what personal data the website en.hr24.work (the “Website”) collects, how it is used, stored and protected. By submitting a request on the Website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Through the contact forms we receive the data you choose to provide:

your company name (if provided);
your email address (if provided);
a comment on your request (if provided).

We also record technical data automatically: the page the request was sent from, advertising campaign parameters (UTM parameters), and the date and time of the request.

We use this data:

to contact you and discuss your hiring needs;
to prepare a proposal and provide our services;
to improve the Website and the quality of our service.

We process this data on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never add you to mailing lists you did not sign up for.

Request data is handled in the internal tools we use to manage enquiries (a messenger for notifications, email, a task tracker and a tracking spreadsheet). Some of these services may store data outside your country. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. Strictly necessary ones keep the Website working. Analytics tools (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are loaded when you open the Website and help us understand how visitors use it. Advertising campaign parameters (UTM) you arrived with are stored in your browser for 30 days so that your request shows where it came from.

On your first visit the banner informs you that cookies are used. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to their use. If you do not agree, you can leave the Website, block cookies in your browser settings or delete the Website’s stored data.

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow-up communication, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Only staff who need the data for their work have access to it. Data sent from the Website is protected by HTTPS.

You can ask us what data we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
