What we take into account when hiring in Dubai

The role and its conditions

Before the search starts, we review the requirements and conditions of the role. If we see anything that could make hiring harder, we discuss it with you upfront.

Motivation and risks

We check the candidate’s motivation, expectations and reasons for changing jobs before they meet you.

Language and your clients

We recruit Russian‑speaking, English‑speaking and multilingual specialists, depending on who your business sells to.

You know the price in advance

Three plans — $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 per vacancy, depending on the seniority of the role and the depth of our work. We agree and fix the fee before we start.

We recruit the people who drive revenue and business growth

Real estate, fashion and luxury retail, FinTech, IT and e‑commerce are the industries we recruit for most often.

Sales

Sales managers, real estate brokers (property consultants), luxury sales consultants, B2B sales professionals and account managers.

Sales leadership

Heads of sales, sales directors, brokerage team leaders, commercial directors and heads of business lines.

Top management

CEOs and managing directors, CFOs, COOs, heads of marketing, HR and IT, branch heads — strong leaders in any function.

Other commercial roles

Business development, relationship management, marketing and other specialists matched to your company’s needs.

Need a specialist with a different profile? We’ll review the vacancy and tell you whether we can help with the search.

We search in Dubai — and beyond

In the UAE we work with a recruiter based in the local market, who knows where to find strong candidates and what matters to them in an offer. If the right person isn’t in Dubai, we’ll extend the search to other countries, among candidates ready to relocate.

About the founder of HR24

Ksenia Gavrilenko, founder of HR24

Ksenia Gavrilenko is the founder of HR24, an international recruiting agency. She has more than 5 years of experience in recruitment, including over 3 years in international recruiting. Her main specialisation is sales, business development and commercial leadership roles.

Ksenia recruits for companies in the UAE and other countries. At HR24 the focus is not on the number of CVs but on precise shortlisting for your business goals.

Before a candidate meets the client, we check their experience, results, motivation and fit with the role. In our core plans, the client gets more than a CV for each finalist: a recruiter’s report on strengths, fit for the role and potential risks.

Three-factor candidate assessment

We look beyond experience and the CV to test a candidate’s ability to sell and to adapt to a new market.

  1. 01

    Structured interview

On a Zoom call we go through the candidate’s real cases: how they sold, negotiated, handled objections, hit targets and influenced revenue.

  2. 02

    Behavioural AI assessment

We use AI to assess the candidate’s answers, communication style and behavioural patterns: how they make decisions, respond to difficult questions, argue their position and act in situations close to real sales.

  3. 03

    Digital footprint analysis

We review the candidate’s career history, digital profile, professional reputation and signals that a standard interview won’t reveal.

You get more than a CV: you get a clear analytical profile of the candidate to base your decision on. The three-factor assessment is included in the STANDARD and PRO plans.

How recruitment works

  1. 01

    We build the candidate profile

We clarify goals, KPIs, the type of sales, the market, candidate motivation and onboarding requirements.

  2. 02

    We launch an active search

We use direct headhunting, reach out to passive candidates and search professional channels for strong specialists.

  3. 03

    We run a three-factor assessment

We check achievements, negotiation skills, motivation, work style, digital footprint and professional reputation.

  4. 04

    We present the finalists

For each candidate you receive a CV, a video interview, an analytical profile and an assessment of key competencies.

  5. 05

    We support the candidate’s start

We help you agree on the offer and make sure the new hire starts successfully.

Hiring in Dubai — common questions

Didn’t find your answer? Write to us and we’ll look at your case.

Do you arrange visas for new hires?

No. HR24 recruits candidates. The employer arranges the visa, work permit and official onboarding of the employee. If needed, we ask the candidate about their current status in the UAE and pass this on to the employer.

When can the candidate start?

We present the first relevant candidates in about 7–14 days after the search starts. The start date depends on the candidate’s current employment: if they are available, they can start almost immediately. In our experience, candidates have started within 1–2 weeks of accepting an offer.

Can you find someone abroad who will relocate to Dubai?

Yes. If the right specialist isn’t in the UAE, we search in Russia and the CIS, Kazakhstan, Europe and Southeast Asia among candidates ready to relocate. In that case the start date will be later.

Do you recruit for roles outside sales?

Yes. Sales and commercial leadership are our core specialisation, but we also recruit for other roles: administrators, accountants, marketers, customer service specialists and other positions your business needs. If your role isn’t on this list, tell us about it and we’ll assess whether we can help and how long the search may take.

How much does recruitment cost, and in what currency?

The fee is fixed and paid in US dollars: $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 per vacancy, depending on the plan. It doesn’t depend on the candidate’s salary and doesn’t change during the search.

What if the new hire doesn’t work out or leaves?

Depending on the plan, a free replacement guarantee applies. If the employee doesn’t pass probation or leaves within the guarantee period, we restart the search and find a replacement at no extra recruitment fee. The guarantee period depends on the plan and is fixed before we start.

Do you have an office in Dubai?

HR24 is an international recruiting agency. We work remotely and don’t keep an office in Dubai. We recruit directly in the UAE market, using local job platforms, direct search and our own candidate database. Interviews and assessment take place online.
